Our Property
The Space
140 square meters house with 2 levels. we intended to make most of the furniture built into have as spacious rooms as possible.
you will have 2 small private gardens (one on the front and one at back ) . they are equipped with Garden Furniture Set , a 1,5 M Trampoline and a Swing.
you will have an American-styled opened kitchen newly furnished with Induction-based cooking panel, smart Oven, Steam-Microwave, Normal Microwave; Big Frigidaire.
You will have a Big air conditioned Living room with 2 ground Terraces accessing both gardens. The TV is attached to TV over IP system.
The Bed rooms are made simple with double person Beds.
Guest Access
2 Twin Houses are located inside a common garden Fence . each has its own Garden area . you will have access to whole of your house and both Gardens related to it . But, not the other House Gardens.
Interaction with Guests
We are living in the neighboring house, we speak English ; German and Hungarian. we are available to help whole day . you will get our mobile numbers to request help - with information only- while you are far from the house.
The Neighborhood
The house is located on a calm peaceful residential area on a Hill side. The Hikers and nature lovers can reach the start of the Hiking track after 10 minutes walking from the House.
Getting Around
The house is 5 minutes from the Highway (crossing of 3 Highways). 5 minutes from Budapest and 20 minutes from the Center of Budapest .
The Bus stop is just in-front of the house and the bus system is free of charge in Budaörs.
Other Things to Note
- One request we can provide Baby tub, baby feeding chair and baby Bed.
- upon your request we can help you with Car rental (prices start from 30$/day).
House rules
- Guests are not allowed.
- parties are not allowed.
- Pets are not allowed.
- smoking inside the house is not allowed; but you may smoke in the garden or in the terrace.
- report any distruction immediatly.
- taking amnities (towels, cups, dishes, etc..) is not allowed.
- we do not require saftey payments but payment is required upon arrival.
